Rubber Board Recruitment Salary
- The selected candidates for the position of Young Professionals – Extension Services will receive a consolidated stipend of Rs. 40,000 per month. This amount includes:
- Remuneration: Rs. 30,000
- Travel Allowance/Daily Allowance (TA/DA): Rs. 10,000
Additional Requirements
- Candidates already engaged in government services or autonomous bodies must submit a No Objection Certificate from their current employer along with their application.
- Canvassing in any form will result in disqualification
Terms and Conditions
- The engagement is temporary and contractual, ending on 31 March 2026.
- Candidates from the North Eastern Region may only apply for positions within their region.
- Preference will be given to candidates from Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, and Maharashtra for positions in the Non-Traditional Region.
- Knowledge of local languages will be advantageous.
- The engagement does not confer any right for regular or temporary appointment in future vacancies at the Rubber Board.
- Engagement can be terminated at any time without notice.
- Periodic performance assessments will be conducted, and unsatisfactory performance may lead to termination.

Work Environment
- The office operates from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Candidates may be required to work beyond these hours as necessary. Additionally, they will receive all official holidays and one day of leave per month upon prior approval.
- Candidates should also be prepared to undertake tours to various rubber plantations as directed, with no additional TA/DA provided beyond the consolidated stipend
