Essential Qualifications

To be eligible for the position of Field Investigator, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  1. Educational Qualification:
    • B.Pharma, B.Sc Nursing, or GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery).
  2. Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in conducting:
      • Blood sugar testing using a glucometer.
      • Hb testing using a hemoglobinometer.
      • Blood pressure measurement using an automated BP apparatus.
    • Sound understanding of the healthcare delivery system and primary healthcare services.
    • Good working knowledge of computer applications, including MS Word and Excel.
  3. Job Profile:
    • The Field Investigator will be responsible for:
      • Conducting facility surveys in Sub Health Centers-Health and Wellness Centers (SHC-HWCs) in the assigned block.
      • Visiting 8–10 households per day to conduct surveys and gather data.
      • Entering and compiling collected data into designated formats daily and reporting to supervisors on a weekly basis.
      • Conducting preliminary data analysis at the facility and household levels.
      • Assisting in the implementation of proposed intervention strategies to improve healthcare services.
