Technical and Professional Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Automation, Business Process Consulting, and SAP EWM, including hands-on experience with at least one full-cycle SAP EWM implementation.
- Deep knowledge of key SAP EWM processes such as Goods Receipt, Inspection, Deconsolidation, Physical Inventory, Replenishment, Wave Processing, Picking/Packing, and Shipping.
- Familiarity with BI & XI interfaces and the ability to read and understand ABAP programs.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, coupled with talent management experience.
Preferred Skills:
- A robust understanding of SAP EWM and financial processes related to diverse project types.
- Experience working with software configuration management systems and a solid grasp of agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in client interfacing with a proven ability to manage teams and lead projects to successful outcomes.
