Key Responsibilities

Installation and Repair

  • Product Installation: Travel to customer locations to install company products, including air conditioners, internet cables, and pest control systems. Ensure that all installations are completed according to company standards and customer requirements.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Perform repairs and maintenance on company products as needed. Diagnose issues, troubleshoot problems, and carry out necessary repairs to restore products to optimal functionality.

Customer Service

  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers at their locations, addressing their needs and ensuring they receive excellent service. Communicate effectively to understand customer issues and provide solutions.
  • Professional Conduct: Represent the company professionally while interacting with customers. Maintain a positive attitude, respect customer property, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Operational Duties

  • Work Schedule: Adhere to the assigned work schedule, including working hours from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday. Complete tasks within the designated timeframe and report any delays or issues to the supervisor.
  • Reporting: Document work performed, including details of installations, repairs, and customer interactions. Provide regular updates to the team and complete any required paperwork or reports.
