Job Position: Exchange Server Administrator/Associates
Position Summary As an Exchange Server Administrator/Associate, you will be responsible for managing and administering the on-premises Microsoft Exchange Server infrastructure in a Private Cloud environment. You will play a critical role in maintaining accounts, mailboxes, security, backup, archival, and restoration systems, while also acting as the first point of contact for any mail-related issues. The role requires a mix of technical expertise and problem-solving abilities to ensure seamless functioning of the mail system.

Location: Hyderabad
Compensation: The annual CTC will be negotiable based on experience, skills, and qualifications. Additional benefits as per the Institute’s rules will also be provided.
Term of Employment: The position is available on a full-time contract basis initially for three years, with the possibility of extension based on performance. After the initial probation period of three months, the contract will be terminable with a one-month notice period from either side.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must meet the following eligibility requirements:
A. Educational Background
- A Graduate Degree in Engineering or a Master’s in Computer Applications (MCA) from a recognized institution.
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft Exchange Server or related technologies are preferred. Such qualifications will be considered a plus and may lead to a higher compensation package.
B. Key Responsibilities
As an Exchange Server Administrator/Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and administering Microsoft Exchange Servers and related technologies, ensuring smooth operation of mail systems.
- Experience with Exchange Server 2016/2019/2023 and Exchange Online is required.
- PowerShell scripting for Exchange administration automation.
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining Exchange Server software and its components.
- Deploying and configuring Exchange Online Protection for email security.
- Managing email infrastructure for high availability and optimal performance.
- Developing and implementing backup and recovery strategies for Exchange servers.
- Managing Active Directory objects, such as user accounts and distribution groups.
- Providing system administration, security, and maintenance support for messaging services.
- Collaborating with IT teams to resolve issues related to the messaging infrastructure.
C. Desirable Skills and Experience
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure in a private cloud environment.
- Experience with IT service management techniques such as incident, problem, change, and release management.
- Ability to prioritize projects and balance the needs of various stakeholders.
- Knowledge of security management practices.
