Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the Junior Executive roles at AAI, candidates must meet the following eligibility requirements:

1. Educational Qualification

  • Junior Executive (Fire Services):
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology in Fire Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Automobile Engineering.
    • No prior work experience is required.
  • Junior Executive (Human Resources):
    • Graduate with an MBA (2 years duration) or equivalent with specialization in HRM/HRD/PM&IR/Labour Welfare.
    • No prior work experience is required.
  • Junior Executive (Official Language):
    • Post-Graduation in Hindi or English (with the respective language as a subject at Degree Level), or a Post-Graduation in another subject with Hindi and English as compulsory/elective subjects at the Degree level.
    • At least 2 years of experience in translation (English to Hindi and vice versa), preferably related to Technical or Scientific literature.

2. Age Limit and Relaxation

  • The maximum age limit for the Junior Executive positions is 27 years as of 18th March 2025.
  • Age Relaxation will be provided as per the following:
    • 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
    • 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates.
    • 10 years for PwBD candidates (with suitable disability categories).
    • Age relaxation for Ex-Servicemen will follow Government of India guidelines.
    • 10 years of relaxation for candidates who are already in regular service with AAI and have completed probation.

Salary and Benefits

Selected candidates will be placed in Group-B (E-1 Level) of the pay scale. The remuneration package is designed to be attractive and competitive.

  • Pay Scale:
    • Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 1,40,000 per month (with annual increments at 3% of Basic Pay).
  • Additional Benefits:
    • Dearness Allowance (DA), Perks @ 35% of Basic Pay, HRA, and other benefits including Provident Fund (PF), Gratuity, Medical Benefits, and Social Security Schemes as per AAI’s rules.
    • The approximate CTC (Cost to Company) for Junior Executives would be around Rs. 13 Lakhs per annum.
  • Pay Protection:
    For eligible candidates coming from other CPSEs, Statutory PSUs, or Government Departments, pay protection will be provided as per the DPE guidelines.
