The Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited (DFCCIL) is one of the most prestigious and ambitious projects in the Indian infrastructure sector. Set up under the Ministry of Railways, DFCCIL is tasked with building high-capacity, high-speed freight corridors along the Golden Quadrilateral and its diagonals. This project is an essential part of the government’s vision to boost freight transport and facilitate faster, more efficient logistics across India.
To meet its staffing needs, DFCCIL is inviting applications for the recruitment of Junior Managers, Executives, and Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) in various disciplines. Junior Manager (Finance)
- Vacancies: 03
- Pay Scale: Rs. 50,000 – Rs. 1,60,000 (E2 Level)
- Qualification: Candidates must have passed the final examination of CA (Chartered Accountant) or CMA (Cost Management Accounting) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
Executive (Civil)
- Vacancies: 36
- Pay Scale: Rs. 30,000 – Rs. 1,20,000 (E0 Level)
- Qualification: A three-year diploma in Civil Engineering or related fields from a recognized university or institute with at least 60% marks.
Executive (Electrical)
- Vacancies: 64
- Pay Scale: Rs. 30,000 – Rs. 1,20,000 (E0 Level)
- Qualification: A three-year diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized university or institute.
Executive (Signal and Telecommunication)

- Qualification: 10th pass or ITI from a recognized institution.
Age Limit and Relaxations
- Junior Manager and Executive Positions: 18 to 30 years
- MTS Positions: 18 to 33 years
- SC/ST: 5 years relaxation
- OBC-NCL: 3 years relaxation
- PwBD Candidates: 10 years for General, 13 years for OBC-NCL, and 15 years for SC/ST

Examination Fee
Candidates applying for the Junior Manager and Executive posts must pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 1000 for General (UR), OBC (NCL), and EWS categories. For MTS posts, the fee is Rs. 500 for candidates from these categories. SC/ST/PwBD candidates, as well as employees of DFCCIL and its subsidiaries, are exempt from the application fee.
Selection Process
The selection process for the DFCCIL recruitment will consist of two stages of Computer-Based Tests (CBT) followed by a Physical Efficiency Test (PET) for certain posts. Candidates will have to clear both stages of the CBT to be considered for the next round.
- Stage 1 CBT will test general awareness, reasoning, quantitative aptitude, and technical knowledge.
- Stage 2 CBT will focus on domain-specific subjects.
- PET will be conducted for physical fitness (only for certain posts such as those requiring physical tasks).
