Application Fee

The application fee structure is as follows:

  1. For General (UR), EWS, and OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) Candidates:
    An application fee of Rs. 500/- is to be paid online through SBI e-pay (by Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI, etc.). It is important that the fee is paid through the prescribed method, and candidates who do not pay the fee correctly will have their applications rejected.
  2. Exemptions for Application Fee:
    Candidates belonging to the SC, ST, PwBD, Ex-Servicemen, and Internal Permanent Employees categories are exempt from paying the application fee. Such candidates must upload their valid category certificates (SC, ST, PwBD, Ex-Servicemen, or BDL-Identity Card for Internal Permanent Employees) during the online application process. Failure to upload the certificate will lead to the rejection of the application.
  3. Non-refundable Fee:

MT (Electrical):

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or 5-year integrated course) in Engineering/Technology in Electrical, or an equivalent from a recognized institution.

MT (Computer Science):

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or 5-year integrated course) in Engineering/Technology in Computer Science, or an equivalent from a recognized institution.

MT (Cyber Security):

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or 5-year integrated course) in Engineering/Technology, or Master’s in Cyber Security, or Computer Science/Information Technology, along with certifications such as Certified Ethical Hacker (EC-Council), CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001, and other relevant cybersecurity qualifications.

MT (Chemical):

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or 5-year integrated course) in Engineering/Technology in Chemical, or equivalent, or a Master’s in Chemistry from a recognized institution.

MT (Civil):

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or 5-year integrated course) in Engineering/Technology in Civil, or an equivalent from a recognized institution.

MT (Business Development):

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or 5-year integrated course) in Engineering/Technology in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics or related fields, plus a 2-year MBA with a specialization in Marketing or Sales from a recognized institution.

MT (Public Relations):

  • MBA, Post Graduate Diploma, or Post Graduate Degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Journalism, or similar, with a duration of 2 years from a recognized institution.

MT (Finance):

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Works Accountant (ICWAI), or a 2-year MBA/Post Graduate Diploma in Finance from a recognized institution.

MT (Human Resources):

  • MBA or equivalent in HR, Personnel Management, Social Science, or a related field, with a 2-year duration from a recognized institution. Desirable: A law degree.

MT (Official Language):

  • MA in Hindi/English with English/Hindi as a subject at the degree level and a PG Diploma in Translation, or an MA in English with a similar qualification in Hindi.

AM (Legal):

SM (Civil):

Compensation and Benefits

Recruitment Process

For Management Trainee (MT) Positions:
