We are seeking a Private Banking Governance Lead for the UK Wealth Management Division to oversee governance, risk, and compliance within our private banking operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring regulatory adherence, managing internal controls, and implementing best practices across the wealth management division. You will work closely with senior leadership to monitor performance, mitigate risks, and ensure the division aligns with both internal policies and industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in private banking, governance, and regulatory compliance, with excellent leadership and communication skills. Pay Scale:

Expected Hours:
- Standard full-time hours, typically 40 hours per week.
Shift and Schedule:
